CSS- Vertical vs Horizontal Layout on Radio Button

I'm struggling to get my radio buttons to align horizontally. For yes/no questions at least I'd rather use the width of the screen than make the page seem even longer...

But nothing I try applying display: inline-block !important; to seems to make any difference...? I'm not sure I understand all the clearfix bootstrap stuff..

Event is currently restricted to superadmin while we fiddle with fields etc. You guys have superadmin access in a previous ticket - shout if you need it again.

I'd like to move No onto the same line as Yes to take up less space. It may get complicated by phone sized screens but I wanted to at least try it.
