Incomplete payment, no history logged was created by Roger D
Did the routine for incomplete payments changed with EB 2.3.x?
In 2.1.x as soon as user pressed "process registration" in Registrants history it showed as pending and once they completed payment it showed as paid.
In 2.3.1 pressing "process registration" logs nothing, IF they pay it logs as "paid" if they cancel or can't complete registration nothing is logged as in 2.1.x (thus we have no way to know a potential customer had registration issues.
Is this by design now or a bug?
Thank you,
Roger

One thing to check: ensure that the setting in [Configuration -> Show Pending Registrants] is set to YES. Maybe it defaulted back to NO on upgrade?

I love it when the problem is just as easy as flipping a switch
I wonder why it reverted back to the default NO? Or did it get bumped at some point and you didn't notice?
Glad you were able to get it back up and running.

Most likely bumped while trying to get test payments via sandbox.paypal working. Waiting on another thread to see if there is a resolution for that.
Again, thank you.
