Paypal test mode - Secure Connection Failed was created by Roger D
Today I noticed both EB for joomla 2.5 and current EB Paypal test mode is failing, see attached screen shot. It was definitely working on the 2.5 install so it seems something changed with paypal sandbox. Thoughts?

Yes Roger. Something with PayPal sandbox at the moment. Maybe you should try again later
