How to add a validation step after registration ?

Hi everyone,

I want to know if EB was able to manage a kind of "validation step" after a registration on an event ?

To be more precise, if a person fills correctly a form and becomes a registrant on an event, I want to add a manual action (made by an administrator) to add definitely the registrant on his event, a registration's validation step.

Is it possible with actual EB's features ?

Hi

It is not possible. But there might be a workaround:

1. You use offline payment method

2. When users register for the event, the status will be Pending

3. You will then check the registration record, and approve it if it is needed. In case you approve the registration record, there will be an email sent to him to confirm the registration

That's how it is designed to work. Could you please check and let us know if that's OK ?
