How can I display one of many custom fields?

I have more than 10 custom fields in fields.xml. It works perfectly. On the page: components/com_eventbooking/view/event/tmpl/default.php I want to display only one field. How can I solve this?

Modifying code . I guess it is hard for none dev, so you can submit a support ticket :

1. Sending us super admin account of your site

2. Tell us the field you want to show

I will edit the code to show that only field for you. However, I still don't really understand the reason behind this, if you only want to display 1 field, why do you create 10 fields ?
