Export all registrants, paid and pending

Hi. One client of mine has bought the Event Booking component long time ago and has an old version of this plugin (version 1.7.4). He needs export all kind of registrants, paid and pending, to plan meetings in future. Today, when he clicks on "Export Registration" button, only paid users are in the CSV file. Is this a problem of his version? Could it be fixed with an update?

Yes. Upgrade to latest version will solve the issue. Hope the client could afford to get latest version to update

If he could not update, you can ask him to submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of the site and we will help modifying the code for free. However, we will need to verify his order first before working on the modification

My client don't have the information (login and password) to submit a support ticket. She told me her event site was done by a programmer and this guy bought all plugin in his account. Now, he is not communicable. I seems she will need buy again, right?
Is there any problem for the old date or actual events when I update the plugin?

You can ask her to let me know the email of developer. I will try to find to see whether there is an order with that email. If I found an order, she won't have to purchase the update

If not, then Yes, she will need to purchase. Don't worry about the update, all the data will be kept when you upgrade from older version to latest version of Events Booking

She bought your plugin again. It was easier than make a good contact with the older programmer, . Her account name is PAULA FARIA.
I have made the plugin update to export all registration, but the pending guys are still outside of the excel file. Is there any kind of setup to export ALL registrants, paid and pending, in this new version (version 2.3.1)? Could you please, help me?

Also what's pending guys ? What's the payment method which these pending guys using to register for the event ?

These guys are using Paypal or Pagseguro to pay. And, in backend are showed like "pending". I think they aren't finishing the payment process and it goes to "unpublished" status group. I need these "unpublished" (pending) in the CSV file to make any contact or help them to pay for the event.

I have seen in config this option: "Show Pending Registrants". I need something like "Show Pending Registrants in CSV Export" - If Set to Yes, all pending registrants (who use online payment gateways like Paypal but doesn't make payments) will be showed in CSV Export result.

And now, with the update, my checkboxes from custom field don't work...
I put values but these texts aren't showed...
