Show categories and subcategories

I just have it implemented. You can access to My Downloads menu item, download latest version (still 2.8.1), upgrade it to your site

Then go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Themes tab, find the config option "Show events from all children categories", set it to Yes

Now, when you access to a category, events from that category (and it's children categories) will be displayed

Please try to use it and let me know if it is working as expected
