TCPDF ERROR: was created by CHM
When registering for an event my customers suddenly get the following white page error. (the img file is different for each event).
"TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get image: xxxxx/components/com_eventbooking/tcpdf/cache/img_JbSVNh"
I checked the folder permissions and they look good. the file itself does not exist. In fact you will notice there is no file extension, ie, .jpg.

This has just started 24 hours ago.
Back story...I was recently hacked and have just started using SiteLock to scan and fix malware, etc. I was wondering if that could affect it in any way?

My tcpdf/cache/ folder is empty as well (other than an index.html), but being a cache folder that's not too much of a surprise. Have you tried reinstalling EventBooking? It could be related to the hackers placing some malicious code into (or overwriting) an EB core file, and you are now getting an error because the img file that EB is looking for is no longer being created.

Thanks for your reply James. I tried to reinstall and even deleted the cache folder. The new install recreated the cache folder and included the index file. However, i still got the error msg:
TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get image: xxxxxxx/public_html/components/com_eventbooking/tcpdf/cache/img_bB0JJN

My dev checked and corrected the issue. He changed the invoice layout to use your png image and it works OK. Seems the TCPDF Library which we are using to generate the invoice doesn't like jpg image :(
