Complete list of those registered

I need to have a single list of all those registered for an event. If everyone registers as an individual, there is no problem. But if say a husband and wife (or mother and daughter) register together, that is apparently only possible as a group, and the generated list is one record per registration process (rather than one per person). I have to open up the group registration to see who has actually registered, and no complete list is generated (furthermore in the exported file, the individual names within the group do not show up at all). Is there any way around this problem to simply get in one place a list of all who are registered?

Yes there is, I found it in another question, he has a php patch that will fix it.

It works, but you end up having a double entry, whoever the "key" person is in the group is there 2x, once as the person that initiated the registration and once as a group member. It's easy to fix in the exported file, if you know it's there.
