500 error on table layout- IT'S BACK! HELP!

I posted a thread like this before sorry to be so boring Tuan fixed it for me, but now it's back. I haven't added anything or done anything significant to the site since the last fix- that I can remember- so I dont understand what happened.

The 500 error shows up only when trying to register in the table layout. All the others are working fine.

Of course, that's the one my client REALLY WANTS.

This is beyound my skill. Please help!

Please check your email, get the file, unzip it and upload to folder components/com_eventbooking of your site. After that, it will work as expected .
