Option for blank fill in entry

Hello,

I have a need for a blank field that would allow registrants to the seminar to add a guest(s) for lunch. So they would need to be able to add the total amount into a text field depending on how many guest they would bring for up to 4 days and then it would add that total to the days they are attending the seminar.

As I replied via support ticket, the requirement is not really clear to me. Please explain more details about it so that I can understand and give you the answer. Maybe we should keep communication in one place only (support ticket in this case since you submitted the ticket)
