Multi-Day Events Not Showing in Calendar was created by Dryfive
Hello,
We have a few events that are spread out over a number of days (but not really considered 'repeating'), but these events do not show in the calendar once the start date has past (we have 'Hide Past Events' enabled). For example:
The event starts December 20th and runs to December 26th, but as of December 21st the event no longer displays in the Calendar even though the event has not finished yet.
Thanks in advance for advice on how to fix this.

Hi
In the latest version, we have a workaround. You can set cut off date of the event to be the same with end date and the event should be still being displayed
Please give it a try
Regards,
Tuan

Thanks Tuan,
I ran a test and the event shows in the list view, but not calendar view. I've started a support ticket: #38138

Yes. It didn't work for calendar view. I just modified code to support it. It will also be included in the next release of Events Booking, too. So you don't have to worry about it when updating to future releases of the extension

Tuan

Hi Tuan, I'm having this same issue but with the upcoming events module. We'd like the event to still show there if it's currently running.

Hi Barry
In latest version (2.3.0), I believe we handle it already. You can set cut off date of the event to a future date (after event date) and the extension will display the event until the cut off date reached
Could you give it a try?

Yes, I used that and it works for the event list page but not the module.

Hi Tuan, we found a bug related to this topic... when you view the event listing page with subcategories, the number of events shows zero if the start date has already passed but the event is still ongoing.
Here's an example. Click on Volunteer events and the events shows fine, but subcategory shows zero.
