Sending out pdf ticket

Wondering how I can send out a pdf or something with a barcode/QRcode when the payment has been made.

The only way is sending PDF invoice feature. In the PDF invoice, you can use [QRCODE] tag and the system will generate the QR Code in the invoice for the registration

Can I create tickets/invoices for already created registrations?

It is not supported by default. However, there is workaround. I think you can try :

1. Click on registration record to edit

2. Change the status from Paid to Pending, press Save

3. Then change the status back from Pending to Paid so that the invoice will be created for the registration record

For the available tags, look at the default invoice layout, it contains all the tags you can use. If there is any other tags you want and it is not supported, you can request us for support
