Manual Approval of all registrations was created by Marc Smith
Hi I am wondering if I can set up an event to require manual approval of all registrations, and sending an invoice once the registration is set to different state. so I would like the following work flow:
registration --> staff checks application --> approval or cancellation or editing and then approval --> invoice goes out and registration can pay --> registration complete.
thank you.

Hi Marc
At the moment, we don't have a way to handle this requirement. I think you can try this workaround :
1. Setup an event, only allows offline payment for that event
2. If you decide to approve the registration, edit the registration record, change the status from Pending to Active. There will be an registration approved email send to registrant in this case and you can guide them to make payment....
3. If you want to cancel the event, maybe you can use mass mail feature to send email to all registrants who registered for that event
That's not a perfect solution but I think you can use it as a workaround

But... what about free events? Is there any way to approve users that subscribe a free event?
