Duplicating Event was created by Rakesh
It took me some time to realise what happens when I duplicate (Save as copy) an older Event.
On the frontend it kept loading the old event, not the new copy I made.
Finally I noticed the alias name field wasn't changed when I created the Save As Copy.
So, I really would suggest to auto change the Alias field and name automatically to NAME +Copy1 (2,3,4,...)
This way there can never be a duplicate alias name, when making event copies.
Please implement, cause this will happen to many I believe.

Hi Rakesh
That sound strange to me. When you use save as copy button, the alias should be changed, too (alias should not be duplicated)
If it happens like that on your site, could you help submitting a support ticket so that we can check it directly on your site

Yes the alias is copied, but it is exactly the same as the previous event. Creating a duplicate alias problem.
The alias should be altered automatically, so the newly created/copied event doesn't get conflicted.

Hello.
Normal, when you create or copy duplicate the event or menu on joomla, they auto add new alias with new name.
This issue so strange, please submit ticket and send us link to site, and Super admin, so we can help you to check and solve this problem.
Thanks.
