Member discount not working

Hi,

I have created a test event on my website where say for the test the fees is 1000 and if the user is registerd then the user wil get say 50% of discount. but this function is not working.

I have also raised the support ticket for the same. and waiting for last 2 days for a reply.

Please revert.. its urgent.

I replied you via support ticket system. Here are my answer again in case other customers have the same questions :

1. The member discount feature is working fine.

2. The event price is still display the full event price .

3. When you register for the event, on confirmation page, the event discount will be calculated. Please look at the event price at the confirmation page, you will see that It is calculated properly .

4. You might have a question that why we don't display the discounted price on event lists page? The answer is total event registration price is not simply the price listed on event page (you know, with custom fee field feature, the price can be changed depend on the option which user choose during the registration. For example, if you create a custom field called Have Lunch with two option Yes, No. if user choose Yes, they will have to pay extra 10$....) .

That is the reason why the discount only be calcualted in confirmation page .

I tried according to your explaination. But now the discount is coming as only digit 5. It should be 500.

Its working fine. I guess only discount in % is not working properly.

I checked again on my local computer and see that It works fine. Maybe something special with your setting. Could you give me FTP account and administrator account of your site so that I can check it ?
