Exporting Group Registrant Details

When people register groups for our events, they select an option for each attendee.

When I export the registrants, I only see the main person that registered. None of the group details appear.

Similarly, when an individual registers, I'm able to add my custom field to the confirmation messages and emails, but the custom fields don't populate for group registrations.

1=> If you want to include group members in CSV export, please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Include Group Members Records in CSV Export, set it to Yes. After that, Group Members records will be included in CSV export

Yes. When people register for our classes, they are required to select a Glass option (we paint drinking glasses).

For a group registration, I need to know what glass each member of the group selected.

The field works fine in the sign-up form, however, I am unable to include this detail on the confirmation emails.

I set up a custom field called glass_option and added my values to the list. On the "thank you message" email, [GLASS_OPTION] is an available tag.

If I add it, it works fine for individual registrations, but does not work for group registrations. With a group registration email, it actually displays the text [GLASS_OPTION] exactly like that.

When you make a group registration, there will be different members for the group and each member can select a different [GLASS_OPTION], so that tag won't work

The only way in this case is use [REGISTRATION_DETAIL] tag. It will include all members information in that tag, so you will see the [GLASS_OPTION] they choose for each member
