SQL Error deleting coupon codes

Version 2.1.0 (see attached screen shot).

I tried to delete two existing (and unpublished) coupon codes. I got an SQL error about a non-existent coupon code (one that doesn't appear in the list).

While getting the error message is useful, I think the software should recover automatically and fix this issue by removing the code or creating the table or giving a help link (??). Also, I don't see why it couldn't continue and do the delete. The screen shot doesn't show the delete. I had checked both of the unpublished items and clicked the top "Delete" button to get this screen shot.

Anyway, how can I fix this please?

That table should be available unless there is something wrong with the upgrade. Could you please login to backend of your site, then on a page (like coupons management), access to Tools => Fix Database Schema. Then check it again to see whether you still see the issue?

I'm running version 2.10 (as seen in the screen shot). I don't see any "Tools" menu on any of the submenus.

Also, if I go to "Coupons" (not "Coupon Management"), I can't change to any other menu item.

Should I try reinstalling over the existing one?

I reinstalled and now I see the Tools menu. It wasn't there before.

After rebuilding the database, I can delete the old coupons.

Yes. The Tools menu item only added to Events Booking recently (from version 2.1.0). That's the reason you didn't see it before
