How can I edit the confirmation email(Account Details ) message (see below) once registrant register in the form.

This email is sent by Joomla core com_users component, so you will need to edit a Joomla core language file. Please open the file language/en-GB/en-GB.com_users.ini, you will see the text and can change it to meet your need
