On the Registration Thank You message, I want to change the wording from First Name to Name as the Label. The content can be what is in the First name field, but I want to change the label.. How can I do that?
Please try to go to Events Booking -> Custom Fields, edit the first_name custom field and change the title from First Name to Name. After that, it should work as expected
Thank you for your prompt reply. One ore question, can I add LAST NAME as a n available tag for messages? If so, how do I do that? I tried to just add it in the message box but only the short code showed up, not the value.
Yes. You can use the code [LAST_NAME]. If you have last name field published (go to Events Booking -> Custom Fields, make sure the file last_name is published), it should work

Another question-
We want to add First Name and Last name in the Subject line of the Cancel email. We were able to do it for the user email but not the registration cancel notification.
Any suggestions?
