Go to [Event booking -> configuration] and scroll down to find [Event Time Format] near the bottom. Change "g:i a" to "G:i" and you should be all set 
Other parameters for customizing date and time display can be found by clicking the "date" link ( php.net/manual/en/function.date.php ) provided in the two [Date] config options above the [Time] option you just changed.
