My client contacted me with this issue and I'm not sure how to resolve it.

"We noticed that if a coupon is used once during a browser session and the browser is not completely closed, whenever a new registration is entered, they automatically receive that discount amount when they select checkout. Have you encountered this issue before? If so, how did you work around it?

If you want to see it in action, register for a class ...(scroll down to the bottom of the page to see events), put in BABYPROMO5 coupon code, select checkout confirmation, but before completing, modify cart - remove event, refresh page and try to register for another class and you will see you receive a discount. If you exit browser and come back, the discount is not there."

Any advice would be appreciated

Hi Corrie

Could you please check the site and let us know what version of the extension is using on the site? Could you please check and make sure you are using latest version (2.1.0) or at least Events Booking version 2.0.x ?

EB version 2.0.4. Now whenever we try to process registration we get an Internal Server Error. PLEASE HELP!! Also, when trying to edit anything in the backend the joomla control panel menu accross the top disappears and there is no way to save changes.

Went through and disabled extensions that may have been conflicting with Event Booking. Found the culprit so the configuration tab is working fine. However, still receiving Internal Server Error when trying to view any events or process any registrations. Site

In this case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. We are going to check to see what's causing the issue and get it sorted for you
