Front end Picture Upload for events short descript

Hello,

I'd like to make easy for the front end users to upload a picture in the short description - (like the thumbnail )

They have to upload to the server then select it amongst all other pictures and this is way too complicated for the average users.

Has anyone found a work around ?

Hi David

I am afraid of we have no workaround. That's how all Joomla HTML editor works (not sure what HTML editor you are using, maybe you can try to use a different editor like JCE editor to see whether it works better)
