I think you should be able to do this by creating a new Custom Field -> field type: File.

thanks for the reply.
In fact I did so, but when the administrator receives the email there is no the attachment.
Maybe I was wrong to set up the new field, but do not know where.

I haven't actually used the upload file feature yet myself, but I know it can be done
It's not documented in the online Docs, so it must be a newer feature...
I think that you should be able access the uploaded file through the Registrant Manager -> individual registrant record.
@Tuan / @Dũng -- is it possible at present to have this come as an attachment on the admin email?

As James pointed out, you can go to Events Booking -> Registrants, click on Registration record to see it's details and download the attachment from there.
@James: Not possible at the moment. But I think it is a nice to have, so I will have it implemented next week. We should have it ready before Wednesday
