Limit people trying to register in EventBooking

We want people to register for an event, but seats for the event are limited like 30. I understand by changing the capacity to 30, I can try to limit people registering for it, but if 50 people are filling up their details (name, phone number etc.) needed to register for the event and the 30th seat is not yet taken, they all are given a message that they have registered.
We want to ensure that if 50 people are entering their details (name, phone number etc.) for the 30th vacant seat, the first person who submits it is only allowed and that he/she gets a message of having registered successfully and remaining are sent to another URL where a message is shown that the registration limit is reached or displayed a message that registration limit is reached.
1. Can this be done using Event Booking 1.6.6?
2. How can we find out if we have a paid version of Event Booking or not?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

I am using Event Booking 1.6.6 and Joomla 3.3.1.

=> If these 50 people register at the same time, Events Booking could not handle this yet, even with latest version. So we might face over-capacity issue if these 50 people registering for the event at the same time.
2. How can we find out if we have a paid version of Event Booking or not?
=> Events Booking doesn't have a free version, so every version installed must be a paid version. You need to send us Paypal Transaction ID of the purchase so that we can verify the order before providing additional support

The 50 people are not registering at the same time, they all may click the register button when the 30th seat is vacant, taken to a form where they enter their details (name, phone number etc), then click submit. So, one person who filled the form quickly may be clicking Submit Form at 5:00 p.m., the other 49 may be doing it after 10-15 seconds, 3-4 minutes, 10-20 minutes etc. So, after the first person submits at 5:00 p.m., can we show a message to others that limit is reached when they click Submit Form?
The office used a contractor whose contract ended so no longer helps us or returns our phone calls/emails. He also did not provide a list of extensions purchased or their details. The contractor may have purchased it when doing the Joomla website. What can we do now to trace the purchase details?Tuan Pham Ngoc wrote: => Events Booking doesn't have a free version, so every version installed must be a paid version. 2=> The only way is find one of the two information below:
- Paypal Transaction ID of the purchase
- Or the email he entered on order form to purchase the product
Without these information, we could not find and verify the order

I am not sure about 10- 15 seconds but if it is about 3 - 4 minutes, then the second member could not be registered / saved
