Public Registrant list not showing

Public Registrant list not showing was created by Daniel Morton
Hi,
I'm having trouble showing the registrant list for an event.
When I press "show participants" the popup shows "No registration record found"
The link it points to is nnnnnnnnnn.no/no/konkurranser?task=show_...id=55&tmpl=component
I have tried to follow directions from other forum posts, where I need find Components->Event Booking->Configuration-> Options
but I can not find the Options button anywhere.
I have also checked and unchecked the "Show List of Registrants" under the "Theme" tab, but this does not work either.
Do you have any advice?

Hi Daniel
What version of the extension you are using? Seems it is a very old version. If you have a valid subscription, could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your order?
If it is still active and valid, I think we should update your site to latest version of Events Booking. That should save time of both of us
