Notification Emails

I'm having an issue where consumers are filling out the registration, going to paypal and then closing out the paypal window without clicking the 'return to event' option. As a result, they are showing up in the registrants list as 'unpublished' registrants... consequently, we are not getting notification emails for unpublished registrants, only notifications for published registrants.

Any way to turn on notifications for registrants regardless of wether or not the transaction was completed or not?

Unfortunately, it is not possible. And the extension doesn't count these "registrants" as "actual registrants" in the system

When they close Paypal window without making payment, that mean they don't want to attend the event for some reasons, and by default, we don't show these registrants in the backend

I think you see it because you set Show Pending Registrants config option to Yes (by defualt, it is no)

So basically, if users choose an online payment method such as Paypal but doesn't make payment, we won't count them as registrants and no emails will be sent...
