Gateway Timeout

Hello Event Booking team,
I now have my site moved from development to hosting machine on SiteGround.

When testing registering, I once got a completely blank page, and this last time I got "Gateway Timeout: The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application."

Is there a timeout setting that I can adjust to fix this problem? Launching this weekend!!

To be honest, I haven't seen the issue like that in the last few years, so I don't know what is it. Could you please send us the link to the page and tell me what payment method you are using so that I can have a quick look at it?

I am thinking that it might be issue with hosting as well. So since you are in rush, you might want to contact hosting provider and ask them about it as well
