Hello Tuan,
My project allows sign-up for Clinics. Each Clinic has 4 sub-clinics, and 8 people can sign up for 1 sub-clinic: a single Clinic can have 32 attendees. Clinics run every weekend.
I have created a custom field called Sub-Clinic with 4 values representing the sub-clinics. In my Quantity field I have 8 for each value.
Display In is set to ALL. In the top field on the Custom Field page, Event, I have selected All Events.
To my surprise, the sub-clinic information is shared across all Clinics; there is not a unique set of sub-clinics for each Clinic. If a sub-clinic is full for one clinic, it is full for all clinics - even those on different days.
Is this as designed? Do I have to add each and every Event on the Custom Field page? I fear I might miss one. Is there a better way to approach this problem?

No, it is not the way it is designed to work. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check data directly on your site to see what's wrong and get it sorted?
