Site down 2x due to Events Bookings Plugin

My site host said he had to disable EB Event Plugin to make site go back on-line. I had to do the same yesterday evening and then re-enabled the plug-in - this made the site go back up, but when the Offline Payment people register and click the Confirmation link, it spins for a while and then goes to a blank page instead of showing the proper message confirming and thanking them for registering. See attached for screenshot of the way I have that message filled out.

I disabled the invoice option in Configuration and this seemed to solve all problems that I have been having- even the other email Tag issue is solved (my other ticket having to do with Registrants info not showing on Spreadsheet/emails) .. Have you heard of the invoice causing issues before?

Maybe the invoice format is too complicated and it takes much time for the system to generate the invoice? You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check to see the actual reason of the blank page error issue
