custom field not in registrant spreadsheet

It was just pointed out to me that the custom field I previously created (before I updated to Joomla's 3.x and Event Bookings latest version at the same time that I updated Joomla), is not longer showing up in the automated emails that I have configured to be sent out.
The custom field was called eb_OrganizationINFO. Not sure why is had eb_ in front of it- this may have been added in the transfer to updated versions?
Anyway, our organization's member who get the automated email sent to Administrator - (the first one on list on the back end), pointed it out to me that she is not seeing the # and organization that registrants belong to. It worked in previous years and it is not showing up on the registrant spreadsheet when I looked for it to send to her. It used to be there also. I changed the name of the Custom Field to name it something without an eb_-thinking this may help, but I don't see it in email Tags yet_ How do I get the Tag to show up as available Tag for the emails?; and how can I get it to show up in the spreadsheet again? These is all needed by our group to expedite the registrations for people. It was a different Tag than just "Organization" - that one is in the tags. The one we need had a different tag and showed up in emails as a number next to the organization name in the list you can see on the screen shot,
