Can't export all registrants

Can't export all registrants was created by Dave
Hello, I am trying to export all the registrants that registered to all the events had so far.

I go to the registrants page www.DOMAINNAME.it/administrator/index.ph...ing&view=registrants

I clic on export registration and I get the message
There are no registrants to export

How can I solve this issue?

Hi Dave

That's strange. Other option you can use is go to Events Booking -> Dashboard, click on Export Registrants button in the dashboard to export registrants

Please let me know if it works

That's strange. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check it directly on your site?

OK Dave. We asked you for permission to update the site to latest version of Events Booking because you are using an old version

Please reply via support ticket so that we can process the ticket further

If you don't mind I'll rather do it because we have customised the component a bit so I have to upgrade and then reupload a couple of files. Is it possible to have the package so we can do it.
