Hi, I need to show available Tickets for my events in the registrants list in the frontend. I set a "max_capacity" amount and I can see the registrants with their number of ordered tickets but I can't see how many tickets are still available for the event.
Is it possible to show this information in the list?
It could be calculated like spare tickets = max capacity - registrations
The problem is that in the registrants list every registration appears on one line and the information about spare tickets is a "general" value of the event.
=> You can go to Events Booking -> Configuration, look at Themes tab, find the config option "Show available places", set it to Yes. After that, the available places left for the event will be displayed in the frontend.
Also, I need to see spare tickets in the registrants list in the backend, or at least the max capacity of a event (not only the number of registrants) so I have a better overview.
=> We don't show this information at the moment because we are worry that the screen doesn't have enough space to display that information. If you want, you can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can edit the code to display the information for you
Another problem: "my" filmfestival shows movies at the same day at the same time but in different locations.
In the list I can't see which registration is for which location. So I need the location to be visible also.
=> What list you are talking about ? Registrants List from backend ? This is a special requirement, so we don't have it showed. You can submit a support ticket and we will help customizing the code to show this information
