When a user proceeds to the payment page the shopping cart is immediately emptied. Is there a way the shopping cart will only be emptied when the payment is succesful.
Now if a user goes back they will have to start all over again, and apparently that happens regularly...
That's strange to me. Could you please send me the link to the page so that I can understand the issue you are having? If it is valid, I will check and solve it for you
