Users can't choose payment option

For some reason, I've got a lot of users of my site that are unable to register.

Everything looks great as far as I can see. I even signed up for a browser testing tool to test it in a bunch of old browsers and it always works without fail, but a majority of the users can't sign-up.

From what I've gathered from talking with some of them, they can access the form, but they can't select a payment type.

The common factor: they all pretty much work for the local school system.

Any ideas?

To be honest, I don't have any clues about it. Could you please ask them for more information:

1. What browser they are using ?

2. Maybe ask them to make a screenshot of the page they are seeing so that we can see why they could not choose a payment option

We need to find a way to see the issue ourself before we can check and solve it. This is the first time I hear about the issue like this
