Registrants no longer shwing in system - no emails was created by BostonPaintball2
For the past couple of weeks we have been experiencing random missing email notifications - a reservation would be made and it would appear in the back end - but the notification email would never be sent - we have been monitoring it but now the registrants aren't showing up at all - they are forwarding me their paypal receipts that showed they paid for their reservation - but I now have nothing on the back end. So out of 5 reservations made i would get 4 emails notifying me and the 5th would never make it - now the registrants aren't even in the system - help please!

Hi
Issue like that might happens if Paypal IPN message could not reach your site for some reasons
(I can say that it rarely happens)
In this case, please go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option Show Pending Registrants, set it to Yes
Then find that record, change status from Pending to active to get it appeared in the list.
After that, change the setting above back to No. I think that's the only solution for now

thank you - that helped immensely - however it seems there has been a security upgrade for paypal processing that may not be reflected in the plugin used currently? Could that be part of the issue? they made changes the middle of september that coincide with when i started having the notification issue. Is there an update to that plugin?
