Hi - I'm using the event booking extension and we've had customer complaints that the site fails to pass them to paypal. I can't replicate the issue but wondering if there was a way to check logs or a common solution to this?
We need to find a way to replicate this issue so that we can understand the actual error and find a solution. Maybe you can help asking what browser the customer is using so that we can check and solve it?
