Please wait while redirecting to Paypal for making Payment

This is the message I get after registration. Then nothing else happens! There is no connection to PayPal website at all.
Am I supposed to do something on PayPal end?
I just put in email address of my PayPal account in the Events configuration settings.

It should redirect you/users to Paypal for processing payment. In your case, I think there is some javascript conflict. So please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site. We will check and get it sorted for you

EDIT: NOT WORKING AGAIN (after I sent below message!!!!!).

Thanks Tuan, I turned JQuery Library off, from Configuration, then on again, and it works OK.
I have 4 people registered for an event and pending payment. How do I send them emails to pay?
Just email them?

As I said, please submit a support ticket sending us information of your site so that we can check and solve it for you

For users who tried to register but could not make payment, please email them (or call them) and ask them to re-register for the event (after we have the issue sorted)
