Registrants not showing despite having registered

A client has alerted me to people who have registered (they have emails to show registration) but do not show up in the list of registrants. How is this possible?

Hi Ian

I don't have any clue about it. Do you know what payment method and what type of registration (Individual / Group) you are using ?

I have to admit I'm perplexed as well. It shouldn't be possible, but they've sent a list showing people they have emails for and there are 2 who aren't in the DB but they have emails for. Payment method is credit/debit card and individual.

I'm having the same exact problem. Clients are sending emails showing they've registered and have confirmed on their bank statements of being charged. One client registered for three different events but only shows up as registered for one.

Fantastic!! In a negative sort of way! At least it's not just my install then. Probably doesn't get us any closer, but nice to know I'm not unique!
