Pre populated fields

When registering for an event, one of our members sent me this.

Just used the singles form, worked fine although the form had held the information from my previous use, consequently entered someone twice as I wasn't sure if it was my mistake (not pressing submit previously), but I went back to it after clearing the fields and re-entering and the fields were still populated with the previous entries.

That's how the extension is designed to work. When you logged in and register for the same event for the second time, the date from your previous registration will be used to fill-in the form automatically so that users won't have to type that data again (of course, he can still change the data if needed)

Is it possible to change it so that it doesn't auto fill? Simple file edit maybe?

Yes. We will have to edit code if you want to disable auto fill. You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can do the modification for you
