Second Email Reminder

Any chance you are planning on adding a second email reminder section to Event Booking? This would be incredibly helpful!

If your thinking about doing a thing like that, could you please think about making the reminder mail configurable in the backend so that it could also be used in free events? I setup all the subscription with offline payment where the participants pay for the course at the first day of the event. With this they remain in state pending. At the moment I always have to change the Event booking code. For me this would be a really big advantage.

You mean reminder email messages which can be configured per event ? Each event can have it own reminder email messages?

Not really, our participates pay at the first day of the event in cash to the teacher. The course is not for free. You once gave me a changed code I have to apply every time you bring out a new version. For me it would be great if reminder mails would work for all events no matter if the event is for free nor if the participate has paid online or not. Would make my life much easier and I also think this would be something interesting for other too.

Why not use ACY Mailing. You can have Event Booking add all registrants to a list and send out a mass mailing the day before..

I'm planning on using Acymailing in the future.
Is there a possibility to send out the mails automatically or do I have to do that by hand. I don't think the event booking acymailing plugin transfers the event date to acymailing or am I wrong?

You can set up an Auto Schedule on ACY Mailing to send the email at a certain date and time..
