Registratnt e-mails not sending.

I just set up 3 events on event booking. I have checked everything and e-mails are not sending out to registrants. I am using Paypal as payment. I even tried re-sending e-mail in the Registrants page using ''Resend Email'' button. I received nothing.

What's the status of the registration record? Is it Paid or Pending ?

If it is Paid, then there might be problem with mail settings on your site. You can try to create a new user from backend of your site to see whether that user receive email or not ?

It is for those who have PAID. I can see the Invoice number in the backend but the e-mails are not being sent to those registering for event. Do you have any ideas?

Most likely the mail function doesn't work on your site. Could you please access to Users -> Users Manager, create a new user to see whether that user receive email or not?

The new user did receive the email after becoming a new user...

The final check: Go to Events Booking -> Configuration, find the config option From Name and From Email, empty it (so that the extension uses from name and from email from global configuration of your site for sending email).

Then check it again. If it still doesn't work, please submit a support ticket sending me super admin account of the site so that I can check it directly on your site
