captcha in article

Hi Tuan,

When I'm testing the registration form within the article, and I try to skip the captcha, instead of giving me a message saying that the field is required, I get a white page.

I have it configured to require captcha for public, and not required for registered users. Also - the event is setup to allow registered users to sign up.

What do you think?

is there a solution for this problem please?

We have the same error in normal events not in article.

After clicking on registration button we get a white page if not using the recaptcha.

We use EB v2.0.5. in J 3.4.5.
Joomla Recaptcha with version 2.0 (got same problem with 1.0)

I think in this case, you should submit a support ticket so that we can check it directly on your site. Maybe recaptcha is not configured properly ?

Hi Tuan,

as you have seen, it was not a misconfiguration of the ReCaptcha.
My provider has set the memory_limit to 256M as you have requested but that doesn't solve the problem too.

So you have any other ideas how to solve it?

Can I use another captcha?
I haven't found a possibility to use another captcha in configuration.

That might related to a bug which I fixed recently. So could you download latest version from My Downloads section, upgrade it to your site (version 2.1.0 for now - details about this version will be announced later today)

After that, I think the issue should be fixed
