Not all coupons showing in back end

Only 20 coupons are showing at a time in the backend, despite there being around 100 coupons in the database.

There are no options for number of coupons to show on the page, nor links to go to page 2, 3, etc.

That's strange. Could you please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check it? There should be pagination at the bottom of page to allow you to navigate between pages.

Also, make sure you are using latest version of the extension (version 2.0.4 for now)

I have updated to 2.0.4, and the coupons problem in the back end is now fixed.

Unfortunately, a more serious problem has resurfaced, where the google maps view isn't showing. Please see ticket 33666, and thanks.
