custom fields: showing for each member?

i have a custom field, this is a checkbox to check wether it is a child or not. this has to show up at individual registration (this means at billing form), but also for each member in group registration (but not at billing form here). how to set this ?

Hi, I would like to know how to do this as well. I have a Group Registration and I want the individual to state their Date of Birth and Gender on the Group (Individual) Registration Form. Currently I can only get the Date of Birth and Gender to show on the Group Billing Form which is not appropriate.
