Terms and Conditions popup issue

Hi Tuan,

When users click the "terms and conditions" link to open the modal popup, there is no close button on the popup, and the scroll bars do not work. You can click outside of the modal popup to close it. You cannot highlight text in the popup - it is as if the mouse clicks are disabled within the modal popup window. I am almost certain that this is caused by a conflict with out login/logout modal popup window, as the login/logout modal popup works on every page of the website except on any event registration page with the terms and conditions option enabled. The same problem happens on this page with the login/out modal popup and you cannot click the Logout link inside the window.

There are no javascript conflicts or errors showing in Firebug, so I'm not sure how to fix. I would be happy to let users open a new window showing the terms and conditions - is there a way of doing this without hard coding? If not, then if you could let me know where I can change some code to use a open window link, and I will make a note and replace the code after any future upgrades. I know it is not a problem with your component, but we cannot disable our login either.

If you want to have a look I can send login info, or if you know what I am describing and the only alternative is to disable either the login modal popup or the agree to terms modal popup, so I will have to disable the agree to terms one and find a different way to make them agree to the terms.
