ReCaptcha Quit Working

The ReCaptcha within the registration form quit working (it is not longer visible).

Settings: Captcha plugin enabled. Originally used Version 2, but when I saw it was no longer working, I switched it to 1.0

Components > Event Booking > Configuration:
Enable captcha protection: Yes
Bypass captcha for registered users: No

What would cause it to discontinue working and how may I fix this?

There must be something wrong with your settings of the recaptcha plugin. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can ask my developer to look at it and correct it for you
