Support Tickets - Blocked by Sucuri

I have bee blocked several times when trying to submit ticket.
it states blocked ip and that is was blocked due to sql injection attack attempted,

We use Sucuri to protect ourself and sometime, it has strange behavior like that. If you have that issue, please try again (maybe abit later) and it should work
