Hi,

Using Events Booking 2.0.2.

I have an email field named EMAIL (shows in all events). However, when I test the registration process, the registrant doesn't receive an email. The error message is "You must provide at least one recipient email address". It seems as though the system is not picking up the email that the registrant puts into the EMAIL field.

I'm wondering whether there's a problem with the Core fields in the transfer from previous versions to 2.0.2.

I get the notification email to the address specified in 'notification email' under 'configuration'. It's just that the registrant themselves don't get any acknowledgement.

Hi Colin

Is the email successfully stored for the registration record? Please submit a support ticket :

1. Send us super admin account of your site

2. Send us the link to the registration page

We will check to see what's wrong (I guess it must be something wrong with your settings) and get it sorted for you

That mean the email field is not properly configured or not being displayed in the registration form. Please submit a support ticket so that I can check it for you
