Waiting list - how to let people register was created by Nadav Rotenberg
Hi,
i can't seems to figure out how to enable people register to the event after places has been freed?
how can send people the email saying there is a spot?
when i add more places to the event capacity, no emails are being send.
i tried to look for that in the documentation, but didn't find anything.

Hi Nadav
The extension doesn't handle this notification, unfortunately. When there are space available, you can go to Events Booking -> Registrants, filter for waiting lists of that event, to see list of people in waiting list. Then you can inform them manually (email them or call them...) to let them know about it so that they can register for the event
Or better, just ask them to make payment for you manually and you change status from waiting list to Paid (so that they won't have to enter information on the form to register again)
At the moment, waiting list feature just used to store information of users who is interested in your event. It doesn't have something automatic like you expected.
We might improve it in the future, but it will take time !

That will be sent when a registrant cancel his registration (from frontend of your site), not when you increase capacity of the event !
